– Customers are advised to check the products before paying in order that you can give timely feedback if there is any mistake. We also have a contact number on the parcel if there are any problems.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
– Customers buy products from our shop and discover the defects before using them (the defects resulting from manufacturing). Please send us the video of the unboxing.
– The products are still in warranty period (7 days return and exchange). Warranty can be accepted if there are Video of the unboxing.
– If the products are damaged in transit, our shop will be responsible for sending you a new package (same products). You just need to return us the damaged ones first for us to check and verify.

– We support Door to Door Delivery anywhere in the Philippines.
– 3 - 4 Days if customers are in the city and urban area.
– 4 - 7 Days if customers are in the remote rural area.
