This information is used for the purposes of order processing, improving service quality, market research, marketing activities, customer care, internal management or as required by law. Customers can from time to time edit the information provided to ensure full enjoyment of the rights that Great value gives to its Customers.
Great value commits to:
Customers' personal information is used strictly for the purpose of collection and provision.
All collection and use of information collected from the Customer is approved by the Customer
Only use the information that the Customer has provided to Great value, and do not use the Customer's information known by other means.
Information storage and security period: 01 year
Only allow the following subjects to access Customer information:
+ Person providing goods and services from Great value at the request of the Customer;
+ Person who takes care of customers who have used Great value goods and services
+ Person who receives and handles customer inquiries during the use of Great value goods and services 

COMPETENT STATE AGENCIES
During the product advertising and customer care process, the Customer can completely send a request to stop using information in the corresponding manner that product advertising and customer care activities send to the Customer.

HOW TO SECURE INFORMATION
The security of information provided by Customers is based on ensuring compliance of each Great value officer, employee, partner and data storage system. In the event that the information server is attacked by hackers leading to loss of personal data of the Customer, Great value will be responsible for reporting the incident to the investigating authorities for timely handling and notification to the Customer. Are known. However, due to the characteristics of the internet environment, no data on the network environment can be 100% secure. Therefore, Great value will take all necessary measures to ensure the security of network information obtained from customers. In case of information insecurity, Great value will also coordinate closely with authorities to restore customers' information security.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR CUSTOMER INFORMATION SECURITY
Customers please only provide correct and complete information as requested by Great value, especially avoid providing information related to bank accounts that have not been encrypted in online payment transactions or other sensitive information. Customers are fully responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided and are responsible for providing information beyond the requirements.
In case the Customer provides his/her personal information to many different organizations and individuals, the Customer must request the same confidentiality from the relevant parties. If any personal information of the Customer is disclosed and causes damage to the Customer, the Customer must identify the source of the information disclosure. Great value is not responsible when Customer information is disclosed without reasonable grounds to show that Great value is the party disclosing the information.
Customers do not illegally access Great value database or computer system, and do not support intrusion or sabotage of the normal operation of Great value website and e-commerce applications. Customers will be responsible for their own violations of the law.
Customers self-maintain their login accounts on Great value information pages and e-commerce applications.

LAW APPLICABLE WHEN DISPUTES OCCUR
Any dispute that occurs between the Customer and Great value will be resolved. If conciliation fails, it will be resolved in a competent court and in accordance with Vietnamese law.
