- If you find any manufacturing defects upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately with an unboxing video. We ensure that all products are inspected by our quality control team before shipping.
- We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for any defects found. To qualify, please provide an unboxing video as proof. Note that the return shipping fee will be covered by the buyer.
- If items are damaged during transit, we will gladly send a replacement. Simply return the damaged items to us for inspection and verification before we proceed with the replacement.
